AT 159 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A THUNDERSTORM WITH
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL 11 MILES EAST OF HARTWELL...OR NEAR
STARR...MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.
LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED INCLUDE...
IVA AND STARR.
PEA SIZE HAIL...WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL
RATES UP TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.
